Initial Problem:
Our client wanted sun protection. They could not use their outside living space due to the heat in the summer.
What was done:
We added a pavilion space for shade coverage and a dining bar for them to eat outside during the summer months.
End Result of the Project:
They now have a nice area for entertaining guests and to relax outside during the warmer months. We installed an outdoor tv and ceiling fan and electric and they use this space in the fall to watch tv outside. This living space has now become an extension of their living room and they can enjoy it 3 months of the year.
